A lot of computer users and internet browsers are unaware of the power of using tabs or new windows and will often just click on a link and wait for the existing open window to be replaced by a newly downloaded web page. After performing a search or when looking through a web page, one will see an interesting link to click on. Now instead of just left-clicking the link which may or may not open a new page, try right-clicking on the link and then select either “open in new tab” or “open in new window”. I prefer using tabs as they are easier to navigate around and jump between but this is up to the individual.
