Tips
Use BCC when mailing to lots of people so spammers cant cultivate large numbers of addresses.
Clean up e-mails and remove the >> >'s when forwarding. Copy the message to eithernotepad or wordpad and then select/hilite the first set of <<'s and click Edit, Replace and choose Replace All. If some are still left then repeat the process with the remaining ones sequence.
